These General Contract Terms and Conditions are divided into three sections: Part A (general provisions for online service usage), Part B (return policy), and Part C (general concluding provisions).

Part A - General Provisions and Service Usage Rules

1. Eligibility for Registration
1.1. Registration is permitted only for adults (individuals of legal age), companies, or partnerships with full legal capacity. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering.
1.2. All requested registration information must be complete and accurate, including full name, current residential or business address, a reachable phone number, a valid email, and, if applicable, any relevant tax numbers. We may verify the validity of the information provided.
1.3. For company registrations, the individual submitting the registration must have the authority to do so and should be identified by name.
1.4. If any registration details change, you are responsible for updating the information promptly.
1.5. When registering, you will create a username and password. Usernames must respect third-party rights (e.g., no trademark or copyright infringement) and not be misleading or violate public policy. We reserve the right to set formal rules on usernames and, if necessary, reject or change them.
1.6. Passwords should remain confidential, and access to the account must be protected. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2. Service Provision
2.1. Availability
We aim to maintain the LuxPhotoLab.com website and services within the limitations of current technology.
2.2. Maintenance
To ensure smooth operation and security, regular maintenance is conducted on our system. This may require temporary service interruptions, ideally scheduled during off-peak hours. Where feasible, we will inform you of the nature, extent, and duration of service interruptions.
2.3. System Interference
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the LuxPhotoLab.com platform due to potential technical issues beyond our control, such as network disruptions or third-party security threats.

Part B - Print, Framing, and Lamination Services

1. Services Offered
Based on the digital files you submit, we offer professional printing, framing, and lamination services. Your digital data is transferred to a physical format, which can be framed or laminated to your specifications for personal use.
2. Order Process and Termination
2.1. A sales contract is formed when we dispatch the ordered product. Only items listed on the delivery confirmation are included in the contract. Delivery costs will be indicated in your order summary. For shipments outside the U.S., any applicable taxes or duties are your responsibility.
2.2. All delivery timelines are estimated and not binding. We may deliver in parts where necessary.
2.3. Due to customization based on your specifications, returns are excluded under U.S. contract laws regarding custom goods.
3. Pricing and Billing
3.1. Pricing is based on our current price list, which is accessible during the ordering process. Prices are subject to change for future orders without prior notice.
3.2. Payment is required upfront via credit card or PayPal. If a payment is contested without valid reason, a $9.00 administrative fee may be charged.
3.3. In case of payment default, we may charge 6% interest above the federal interest rate and a $7.50 fee for each reminder beyond the first. If actual losses are higher, we may pursue additional charges.
4. Ownership and Liability
4.1. Ownership of all printed items remains with Urban Kolor until full payment is received.
4.2. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the submitted works, free from third-party claims.
5. Queries About Services
5.1. Commercial clients should inspect deliveries immediately and notify us in writing of any defects.
5.2. For all other cases, visible defects must be reported within one week of receipt.
5.3. Documentation relating to the contract should be provided with any claims to ensure prompt processing.

Part C - Return Policy, Warranty, Liability, and Additional Provisions

1. Warranty
1.1. In case of a defect, we may choose to replace or repair the item. If a replacement or repair is unsuccessful, you may cancel the contract or request a price reduction.
1.2. Materials used in printing may vary slightly between batches. Minor differences in appearance are normal and do not constitute a defect.
1.3. If you are dissatisfied with your product, contact customer service within 14 days of receipt at info@luxphotolab.com with your name, a description of the issue, order number, and photos if applicable. This will assist us in processing your concern promptly.
1.4. Exchanges or refunds will not be provided for customer errors, such as color mismatches due to monitor settings, typos, image quality issues, or errors in design.
1.5. We may request that you return the product for assessment. If the product was delivered as ordered and in good condition, return shipping costs may apply.
2. System Integrity
2.1. Use of any software or script that could disrupt LuxPhotoLab.com’s functionality is prohibited.
2.2. Content on LuxPhotoLab.com may not be copied or redistributed without consent.
3. Liability
3.1. We accept liability for damages only if due to intent, gross negligence, or for injury to life, body, or health.
3.2. Liability is otherwise limited to predictable damages within the contract’s scope.
4. Jurisdiction and Law
4.1. This contract is governed by the laws of the United States, excluding UN trade law.
4.2. For any disputes, the courts of Illinois shall serve as the exclusive place of jurisdiction for Urban Kolor.
5. Data Protection
For information on our data handling practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Contract Duration
These Terms and Conditions apply for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between you and Urban Kolor Inc. They also apply to future transactions without requiring re-acceptance unless amended or upon termination by data deletion.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be announced on LuxPhotoLab.com, and acceptance will be required for them to take effect.
