Proofing Policy
At LUX Photo Lab, we believe printing should never come with surprises, whether in cost, color, or craftsmanship. To ensure clarity and confidence, we include one round of complimentary proofing and adjustment for dedicated orders of 16" × 20" or larger. Extended proofing involving multiple rounds may incur fees, with additional proofs billed at 50% of the print price.
We exclusively print on Hahnemühle fine art papers, chosen for their archival quality and tactile beauty. LUX Photo Lab reserves the right to determine when proofing charges apply and will always communicate this transparently before proceeding.
Certificates of Authenticity
For artists and collectors seeking verified provenance, we offer Hahnemühle Certificates of Authenticity, complete with serialized holograms and printed on A4-size Hahnemühle paper. Each certificate is available for $20 per print, and is traceable through Hahnemühle’s My Art Registry, a secure platform that links each artwork to its origin. This service affirms authenticity, elevates value, and protects against forgery.
