Celebrate the spirit of Leicapalooza by submitting one original photograph taken during the event weekend, July 17–19, 2026. One image. One moment. One chance to be featured. The winning photograph receives a 20×30 Hahnemühle fine art print produced by LUX Photo Lab and a full‑page feature in Light & Paper Magazine, Issue 12.

Quick Rules

Open to Leicapalooza participants 18+.
Submit one image only (JPEG or TIFF, max 20MB).
Photo must be taken during Leicapalooza weekend July 17–19, 2026.
Submission period: July 20–27, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM (CT).
Judging by the official Leicapalooza panel.
Winner receives a 20×30" Hahnemühle fine art print from LUX Photo Lab.
Winning image will appear as a full‑page feature in Light & Paper Magazine, Issue 12 (August 2026).
No AI images. Must be original work. No copyrighted content.
By entering, you grant Tamarkin Camera and LUX Photo Lab and Light & paper Magafull usage rights as outlined in the Official Rules.
Winner will be notified by email.
Submission implies consent for information sharing between all organizers.

Official Rules

1. Organizers: The Leicapalooza Photo Challenge is hosted by Tamarkin Camera and LUX Photo Lab as part of the Leicapalooza weekend.

2. Eligibility: Open to all participants 18 years or older who attend the Leicapalooza weekend, July 17–19, 2026.

3. Submission Requirements:

Each participant may submit one (1) image.
Accepted formats: JPEG or TIFF, maximum file size 20MB.
The photograph must be taken during the Leicapalooza weekend event (July 17–19, 2026).
No AI‑generated images.
The image must be the participant’s original work and must not infringe on any copyright.

4. Submission: Period Entries may be submitted from July 20, 2026, through July 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Central Time).

5. Judging: A judging panel (listed on the contest website) will review all eligible submissions. Judging criteria may include creativity, technical quality, composition, and overall impact.

6. Prize: One winner will receive a 20×30" fine art print, produced by LUX Photo Lab on Hahnemühle Fine Art paper. The winning image will also be featured as a full‑page presentation in Light & Paper Magazine, Issue 12, Leicapalooza Special (August 2026).

7. Rights & Usage: By submitting an image, participants grant Tamarkin Camera and LUX Photo Lab full rights to use, reproduce, publish, and display the submitted image in any form, including promotional materials, social media, exhibitions, publications, and marketing, with credit to the photographer when possible.

8. Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at submission.

9. Consent & Data Sharing: By entering, participants consent to their information being shared between Tamarkin Camera and LUX Photo Lab and Light a for contest administration and future communications.

10. Additional Conditions: The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the submission requirements or violates contest rules. All decisions by the judging panel are final.
