When will my order arrive?
Once an order is placed, our studio processes and fulfills it within 2 to 5 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days, while international orders may take 1 to 4 weeks. Keep an eye on your tracking updates for real-time details.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! However, international packages may be subject to Customs Duties or VAT, which will be charged to the recipient upon arrival.
How are fine art prints packaged?
Prints are carefully rolled in a crush-proof tube or flat between protective layers, protected with archival glassine paper, and securely wrapped to ensure safe transit.
Is my order insured?
Yes, all shipments from our studio are fully insured to safeguard against damage during transit and delivery.
What should I do if my package is damaged upon arrival?
We take every precaution to protect your prints, but in the rare event of damage, please do not dispose of anything and retain the packaging.
Contact us immediately at info@luxphotolab.com with your Order # and the subject line "Damage Claim", along with clear photos of the damage, and we'll assist you in filing a claim and arranging a replacement.
Can I request expedited shipping or special handling?
We do our best to accommodate expedited deliveries and special requests. Reach out to info@luxphotolab.com to inquire.
I entered the wrong shipping address—can I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email info@luxphotolab.com with your Order # and "Address Change" in the subject line. Once a package has left our studio, address changes are no longer possible.
The print I want is sold out! Will it be restocked?
Our editions are produced in limited quantities to ensure exclusivity. Some Artist Proofs may be released later—stay tuned for updates!
